Patchy Scratchy is a cat terribly allergic to wool. His favourite place to sit is a wool hat. so he is always itchy and scratchy with his fur falling out. However the other cats that live in the neighbourhood are rude and nasty to Patchy because he always looks terrible with his bad skin. Then one day something happens to change all this.
