'When I first went to Phillip Island and the Penguin Parade you could sit on the beach and the penguins would walk through a break made in the crowd. Now you go to the Penguin Parade and there is a grandstand and boardwalk to protect the penguins. It is a great experience and a must for anybody visiting Victoria.
